The health and safety of our employees and visitors is our top priority. We have implemented the following to ensure you have a safe and fun experience:

  • To help reduce the spread of COVID-19, the HistoricTO program is designed following Toronto Public Health COVID-19 Guidance for Cultural & Heritage Institutions and Attractions guidelines. Guidelines include lower ratios and capacity of attendees, physical distancing, mandatory masks for anyone over two years of age, and mandatory health screenings.
  • Participants must complete a health pre-screening prior to attendance and must adhere to the HistoricTO guidelines. HistoricTO tours operate rain or shine; they may be cancelled in the event of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation, the PWYC donation may be applied to a future tour.
  • Time-ticketing - please book your ticket online and in advance. We are limiting the number of people in The Market Gallery at any one time to allow for physical distancing. This also means you aren''t standing in line for long. All other Toronto History Museums, will remain closed to the public until September.
